Interior remodeling in Wood Dale, IL.

A lot of Wood Dale housing is ranches, raised ranches and split levels from the middle of the last century, along with newer homes on rebuilt lots. In the older houses, bathrooms tend to be original or dated, kitchens have solid wood cabinets that are worth keeping, and the floors are often worn carpet over sound subfloor.

That is where our four trades fit. Carpet comes out and luxury vinyl plank goes down over a flat subfloor, stairs included. Solid cabinet boxes get their doors taken off and sprayed for an even, hard finish. Walls get patched, sanded and painted with the lines cut by hand. And a tired bathroom gets a new tub or tiled shower, vanity, floor and trim.

Chicago area winters bring salt and slush in on every boot, which is one more reason plank flooring makes sense in entries, kitchens and basements.

For Wood Dale homeowners, the process stays simple. Call (847) 344-6781 or send the details through the form, and we set up a free walkthrough. We look at the room, take measurements and talk through what you want. You get the scope and the number in writing, and nothing is ordered or torn out until you agree to it. On the work days, furniture is covered and floors are papered, and when the last coat is on or the last plank is down, the room is put back and swept before we leave.
