Walls that look painted, not rolled.
Patched, sanded, caulked and cut by hand — with your furniture covered before a can is opened.

Covered before the first coat
Interior painting
The prep is the paint job.
Furniture wrapped, floors papered, edges taped. Then patching, sanding and caulk.
Cut lines go in by hand. Two coats, and the room put back the same day it’s finished.

How it goes
Three days, roughly.
-
01
Cover and protect
Everything that stays gets wrapped; floors get papered wall to wall.
-
02
Patch and sand
Filled, sanded flat, spot-primed — so the finish coat has nothing to show off.
-
03
Cut, coat, clean
Cut lines by hand, two coats, then trim back on and the room swept.
Rooms we’ve painted
Finished, and put back.

Questions
About the painting.
Do you patch before painting?
Always. Holes, cracks and dings get filled and sanded flat first — paint doesn’t hide a wall, it shows it.
Can you help pick colours?
We’ll talk it through at the walkthrough and can look at samples on your wall in daylight before anything is bought.
Do you paint ceilings and trim?
Yes — walls, ceilings, trim, doors and closets. Tell us what you want included and it goes in the written scope.
