02 — Painting
Walls that look painted, not rolled.
Patching, sanding and caulking first — then cut lines you can put a straightedge against, on walls, ceilings, trim and doors.

- 02Holes and cracks patched, then sanded flat
- 03Trim and corners caulked
- 04Cut lines by hand, two coats rolled
- 05Trim, doors and ceilings
03 — Cabinets
Cabinets, sprayed like new doors.
Doors and hardware come off, everything gets degreased and scuffed, then sprayed — hard, even, no brush marks.
- 01Doors, drawers and hardware removed and labelled
- 02Degreased, scuffed and filled
- 03Primer, then sprayed topcoats
- 04Boxes and frames finished in place
- 05Hardware back on, or new hardware fitted
04 — Bathrooms
A bathroom that looks finished.
Tub or tiled shower, vanity, tile floor, lighting and trim — back to the studs when the room needs it, closed up square and caulked clean.
