    We look at the room, talk through what you want, and measure. Free, no pressure.

    The estimate, in writing

    The scope and the number in writing, before anything is ordered or torn out.

  3. 03

    Protect, then prep

    Furniture covered, floors papered, edges taped. The part that decides the finish.

What kind of work do you take on?
Interior remodeling: luxury vinyl plank flooring, interior painting, cabinet spray painting and bathroom remodels. That's the list — we'd rather do four things properly than everything badly.
Do you do whole bathrooms, or just parts?
Both. Some jobs are a new tub surround, vanity and floor; others go back to the studs with the plumbing moved. We'll walk the room with you and put the scope in writing either way.
How does an estimate work?
We come out, look at the room, take measurements and talk through what you want. You get the scope and the number in writing before anything is ordered or torn out — and the walkthrough is free.
Do I have to empty the room first?
No. Furniture gets covered and floors get papered before work starts. Anything heavy or fragile is worth moving out, and we'll agree on exactly that at the walkthrough.
Do you work outside Wood Dale?
Yes — Wood Dale and the suburbs around it, Itasca, Bensenville, Addison, Elk Grove Village and Roselle among them. A little farther out, call and ask.
