Interior remodeling in Elk Grove Village.

Much of Elk Grove Village was built as a planned community from the late 1950s on, with streets of ranches, split levels and two story homes. Original bathrooms from that era are small and often tiled in colors nobody picks anymore. A remodel brings in a new tub or tiled shower, a vanity, a tile floor, lighting and trim, finished to the last edge.

Some bathrooms only need the visible parts replaced. Others need to go back to the studs, with plumbing moved. Either way we walk the room with you first and put the scope in writing.

While the bathroom is being done, it is a good time to look at the hallway floors and walls too. Plank flooring and fresh paint carry the new look into the rest of the house.

To get a bathroom remodel started, call (847) 344-6781 or send the details through the form. At the free walkthrough we look at the tub or shower, the vanity, the floor and the plumbing, talk through tile and fixtures, and measure. The scope and the number come in writing before anything is ordered or torn out, so you know what is included. While the work is underway, the rest of the house is protected, and when it is done the room is cleaned and put back.
